God's Greatest Artwork

God's Greatest Artwork

In a far away land,
I saw two people holding hands...
They were so sweet to each other
And no one had the courage to bother...

The girl pushed the boy a while after
But the boy ran and hugged her,
Wiped her eyes full of tears...
Suddenly, she smiled with no fears..

There I saw how much they love each other
And how much they care for one another...
I was amazed of how love really works...
It was, indeed, God's greatest artwork.

The boy kissed the girl on the forehead,
and her cheeks turned into red...
They walked again holding hands,
and found their way to the promised land...

It's the poem i made for my cousin.. hehehe..
Well, it's more of a story than a poem... Just couldn't think of something to write to so i had decided to write something about her-- her lovelife... and so that's the story of her lovelife.. hehehe... oh! the last stanza's a lilbit funny. my friend resty commented that it sounds awkward. it's just that i thought the word "promised land" rhymns on the above line plus it could best descibe on a situation where in the couples have really decided to keep their relationship forever...

a qoute for you

I just want to share to you a very nice quote i quoted from abs-cbn, your song(I'll take care of you episode).

"You can always close your eyes if you don't want to see things...but the heart can feel everything--even the things you don't want to feel"

well, it's not actually the right words written in the said show but that's what it says...i mean, that's what the quote wanted to say!

Mother's Day

MORE THAN A MOTHER

When God set the world in place,
when He hung the stars up in space,
when He made the land and the sea,
then He made you and me.

He sat back and saw all that was good,
He saw things to be as they should.
Just one more blessing He had in store;
He created a mother, but whatever for?

He knew a mother would have a special place
to shine His reflection on her child's face.
A mother will walk the extra mile
just to see her children smile.
She'll work her fingers to the bone
to make a house into a home.

A mother is there to teach and guide,
a mother will stay right by your side.
She'll be there through your pain and strife,
she'll stay constant in your life.

A mother will lend a helping hand
until you have the strength to stand.
She'll pick you up when you are down,
when you need a friend she'll stick around.

A mother is one who listens well,
will keep her word; will never tell.

A mother never pokes or pries
but stands quietly by your side,
giving you the strength you need,
encouraging you to succeed.

A mother is one who can be strong
when you need someone to lean on.

You're more than a mother to me;
a reflection of Him in your face I see,
a love that knows no boundaries.

I'm glad that you chose to be
all this and more to me.
You share a love that knows no end,
you're more than my mother,
you are my friend.

Happy Mother's day to all the mothers around! :)

Missing a friend

I hate the way you talk to me
and the way you cut your hair
I hate the way you drive my car
I hate it when you stare.
I hate your big dumb combat boots
and the way you read my mind
I hate you so much it makes me sick
it even makes me rhyme.
I hate the way you're always right
I hate it when you lie
I hate it when you make me laugh
even worse when you make me cry
I hate it that you're not around
and the fact that you didn't call
But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you
not even close,
not even a little bit,
not even any at all.

i am just sharing you the poem(if it's a poem...actually, i don't know what he is talking there, in the poem..hahaha) sent to me by my friend lucky last week--but have just read it minutes ago...

honestly speaking, i kinda miss the boy(boy talaga noh)..hehehe.. the boy who used to call me "mommy"(really can't forget that), the boy who used to visit me at my boarding house the time when i used to board...and the boy who used to hold my hand... haaayyzzz... we haven't talk for so long---one on one conversation as we always did before...well actually, he always does the talking and i always do the listening...lol! he talks a lot, yah know... but he is very intelligent. he knows a lot of thing..very logical and rartional being! the closeness slowly vanished when he sy 2007-08 came because we were no longer classmates and we seldom see each other... plus he became a seminarian...yah, you read it right, he went to the seminary coz he decided to become a priest... things changed after then...coz when you are in the seminary, you can't control the time and all has limitations. but am happy for him though. he is maturing now unlike before. well, naiinis nga ako palagi sa kanya before eh kasi super kulit! as in ung talagang makulit!!! i can still remember that every time na naiinis ako sa kanya, i always write it on my blog in friendster and he always read it and always make comments...hahaha... my first blog here in blogger, The Life Story ("My Treasure" before) has so many stories about him...just deleted all of them when he figured the blog out... hehehe...
but he found the place where he belongs now...and really wishing the best for him! :)

if you want to know more about him just click here and here. the latter is his friendster blog. :)

ps.
if you choose to read his blog and make some comment there, plss don't mention my name,, hehehe... thank you!

Copy and Paste: For girls only!

this is just a copy and paste thing...my friend Happy sent this to me on my friendster...

A store that sells husbands has just opened in New
York City, where a woman may go to choose a husband.

Among the instructions at the entrance is a
description of how the store operates. You may visit
the store ONLY ONCE!

There are six floors and the attributes of the men
increase as the shopper ascends the flights.

There is, however, a catch. ... You may choose any man
from a particular floor, or you may choose to go up a
floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the
building!

So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a
husband. .

On the first floor the sign on the door reads:

Floor 1 - These men have jobs and love the Lord.

*********

The second floor sign reads:

Floor 2 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, and love
kids.

*********

The third floor sign reads:

Floor 3 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love
kids, and are extremely good looking.

" Wow," she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.

*********

She goes to the fourth floor and sign reads:

Floor 4 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love
kids, are drop- dead good looking and help with the
housework.

"Oh, mercy me!" she exclaims, "I can hardly stand it!"

*********

Still, she goes to the fifth floor and sign reads:

Floor 5 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love
kids, are drop- dead gorgeous, help with the
housework, and have a strong romantic streak.

She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth
floor and the sign reads:

*********

Floor 6 - You are visitor 4,363,012 to this floor.
There are no men on this floor. This floor exists
solely as proof that women are impossible to please.

Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store. Watch
your step as you exit the building, and have a nice
day!

hmmmm.. is this true girls?

Sulat ng Ama sa Anak
